TOM PONTZIUS

PRESIDENT

Tom has over 35 years of experience in healthcare manufacturing and distribution. Tom most recently served as leader of Industry Affairs and Business Development at Philips where he was employed for over 12 years in various leadership roles. Tom currently sits on the Board of Directors for AA Homecare.  Throughout his career Tom has held various roles supporting various customers from hospitals and skilled nursing facilities to home health care and home medical equipment providers. Tom’s experience in sales, marketing, operations, manufacturing, and distribution will be critical as 3B Medical Inc. continues to grow and innovate in the healthcare and consumer health areas.

Mark Folladori

Chief Operating Officer

Mark has 20+ years of leadership experience focused on providing world class customer service and cost mitigation.  From 2018, Mark was the Vice President of Global Supply Chain at International Keg Rental, where he led the global operations of the asset pooling company.  He was instrumental in achieving 310+% YoY growth while reducing costs per unit by 30%.  From 2008-2018, Mark earned numerous leadership positions within CHEP, a division of the $5B revenue Mark received the “Circle of Excellence” award for improving carrier utilization and mode optimization to achieve $8M in annual cost savings.  Prior to CHEP, he started his career with industry leading carriers JB Hunt and Schneider National.  LEAN/Six Sigma Green Belt Certified, Mark  earned Schneider’s highest honor,  the “Customer Service Presidential Award”  for improving supply chain efficiencies.  Mark has 2 Bachelor’s Degrees from The Ohio State University in Transportation Logistics and Marketing and an MBA in Finance from Temple University.

Yesser

Yasser Estafanous

Chief Quality & Regulatory Officer

With a Master Mechanical Engineering degree and over 20 years of experience in GMP and FDA regulations. Yasser brings a wealth of knowledge as 3B’s Chief Quality & Regulatory Officer. Functioning as the primary contact for all applicable regulatory and compliance agencies as well as preparing internal documentation for quality and regulatory requirements and interacting with external agencies FDA inspectors and third party auditors. He is responsible for insuring that 3B sleep device development processes comply with the US and international regulations for marketing and sale.

His experience includes assisting Pharmaceutical/Medical equipment companies apply and implement ISO 13485/9001/14971, facilitating the strategic registration of new and exciting products, preparing, reviewing the submission of 510k and PMA, working closely with GMP Suppliers to ensure global regulatory requirements are satisfied. Yasser is also a member of RAPS.

Daniel Newberry

Chief Financial Officer

Dan has over 15 years of manufacturing experience with a strong focus on cost reduction and building effective teams. From 2016 through 2021, Dan was the Vice President of Finance with Oldcastle, a division of the $28B publicly traded company CRH, overseeing operations of fourteen manufacturing facilities throughout four states. Prior to Oldcastle Dan  held various leadership positions within Finance and Accounting organizations within industries including  Medical Device Manufacturing, Medical Packaging Solutions, automotive castings, railcar, beverage, and organic waste processing. Dan is a graduate of Mansfield University where he studied Finance and Accounting.

Katherine Royster

Executive Vice President of Marketing

Katherine joins 3B with over two decades of experience in the Sleep and Respiratory Market.

A member of the SimplyGo Mini ™ Product Launch Team, Katherine served as the Senior Marketing Manager for Oxygen Therapy at Philips in North America. Working closely with the field sales organization, she was responsible for generating marketing materials, sales training programs, and creating innovative customer programs.

Prior to Philips, Katherine served in progressive roles in Sales, Sales Management, Marketing and Sales Training for various national and regional DME companies, including Apria and Air Products Healthcare. Katherine has managed large inside and outside sales organizations, as well as built Sales Training and Customer Service Training programs from the ground up for both new and existing employees. Katherine has a deep understanding of the unique challenges DME businesses face providing the best possible patient service while remaining profitable.

After work, you are most likely to find Katherine lacing up her shoes to hit the mountain trails of the Desert Southwest or traveling to South Florida to visit with her family.

Desiree

Desiree Thomas-Greenidge

Finance and HR Manager

Desiree Thomas- Greenidge brings more than 20 years experience as an Accounting professional and experience in HR and Risk Management to 3B Medical. She is responsible for supervising all aspects of 3B Medical’s financial accounting. As an MBA graduate she embraces the core values of integrity and growth and is an integral part of 3B Medical’s senior management team.

Angela Giudice

Director of Clinical Education

Angela Giudice, RPSGT – Angela Giudice is the Clinical Education Director for 3B Medical. With over 20 years of clinical experience in the sleep industry, Angie develops training materials for both customers and employees of 3B Medical. Angela also assists the product development team in helping to identify new products to bring to market. In her spare time, Angela is an Equestrian Trainer with a lifelong love of horses and a mother of four children.
