COVID 19: Temporary Change to 3B Order Policy
The resurgence of COVID 19 worldwide has posed significant challenges for supplying Medical Equipment such as CPAP, BiLevel ST and Oxygen Concentrators. 3B Medical is working closely with our factory to increase supply of all needed equipment. To ensure that we can effectively meet demand and scale manufacturing accordingly, we are instituting a temporary change in our ordering process effective May 4th 2021.

All orders for CPAP, BiLevel, BiLevel ST and all Oxygen Concentrators will be secured by Non-Cancellable PO at the time of order. Once the Sales Order is confirmed, orders will not be able to be changed or cancelled. This will allow us to more effectively manage existing supply and future manufacturing volume. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we all work to care for COVID 19 patients in the United States and around the world.
